About Us > Work With Us
We are seeking a Psychology-Trained Therapist to join our growing team in a long-term, supervised clinical role (minimum 2–3 year commitment preferred) within a structured, evidence-based clinic.
This position is well-suited for clinicians with a strong psychology background who value clarity, consistency and working within defined treatment frameworks. Caseloads are steady and clinic-supported, allowing clinicians to focus on high-quality care. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working within third-party systems that require clear documentation, defensible treatment planning and professional collaboration.
This is not a short-term practicum or internship. Successful candidates will carry a stable caseload and function as core members of the clinical team.
Primary work will involve:
– third-party-funded psychological treatment
– Presentations may include trauma, anxiety, depression, disability, pain, mild TBIs and work-related/other stress
– Structured, evidence-based interventions
– Time-limited and goal-oriented treatment planning
– Cases are triaged and supported within a structured clinical framework

This role is an excellent fit if you:
– Have formal training in psychology and are comfortable with CBT-based or trauma-informed frameworks
– Appreciate clear structure, protocols, and clinical rationale
– Are receptive to supervision and value skill development
– Can manage a moderate caseload (minimum of 15–20 clients/week)
– Are seeking stability, growth, and longevity within a clinic
– Enjoy working and growing within a team
– Competitive compensation that honours experience, training and clinical contribution
– A role designed for consistent clinical work and income stability
– Opportunity to be part of a thoughtful, collegial team that values professionalism, mutual respect and shared responsibility for quality care
– Ongoing collaboration with clinicians who enjoy learning, refining skills and working within a coherent clinical model
– A setting intended for clinicians who want to grow, settle, and develop depth within a team over the longer term
– Opportunities to engage in exciting community outreach, innovation projects and research
