Biography

Selene Khosla (she/her) has a Ph.D. in Psychology. She brings over 7 years of clinical experience to her work, offering culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care for individuals navigating anxiety, stress, low mood, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

Before immigrating to Canada, Selene worked as a psychologist in India for seven years and served as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Delhi. Her work has been deeply informed by her experiences within South Asian communities, and she is attuned to the nuanced cultural, relational, and emotional dynamics that shape people’s lives. She is committed to accessible, compassionate care for clients from diverse backgrounds.

Selene integrates evidence based approaches including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and emotion-focused therapy, supporting clients in understanding what lies beneath their struggles and reconnecting with clarity, confidence, and calm. She provides a warm, non-judgmental space to slow down, feel seen, and begin meaningful change. In addition to her clinical work, Selene had facilitated leadership training and has worked with high-performing leaders who are navigating the emotional demands of ambition, responsibility, and identity. Her approach is rooted in insight, curiosity, and a deep belief in the human capacity to grow, even in the most challenging seasons of life.

She works under the supervision of Dr. Harpreet Kaur Chattha, Ph.D., C.Psych. and has immediate availability to see new patients.
